This takes me back to a dance floor in a trashy little club a life time ago. Aw...thanks for the memories.
funny story. My wife, never listened to lyrics, and she just likes songs for their melody mostly. We were dating, and she requested Boys to Men, end of the road and dedicated it to me. the D.j, apologized to me for playing her request, but I had a great laugh about it....and then we danced up real close and slow......for 20 years. Yikes!

@Bootsiebaby you had to be there. It was trashy. there's no other word to describe it. no better word at least. we made our own romance, just like always. back then, we were running around with friends, and just having a hell of a time. It was fun, it was trashy, and we loved it. :) Romance is in your heart, not always out where everyone can see.

@Bootsiebaby Yep! Drug dealers and hookers, and my wife and I and our friends. that's the joint. Sorry if it doesn't please you, but we loved the music they played there, and the drinks were cheap. lol At the end of the night, we went home together. I'm not sure where the rest of the crowd went after hours, but I didn't really care. we just went there to dance.
