In the distorted comparison, I don't think I could tell them apart in a double blind test.

In the clean comparison, I believe I'm hearing a bit stronger bass from the 2nd guitar. Nothing a bit of EQ couldn't alter though.

@ElwoodBlues i kept the settings the same for the comparison aspect. Definitely things i could tighten up, but not bad for recording through the phone i would say.
