She was certainly not prepared for the amount of work it required, but never the less persisted and had good days, obsessed days and made really really bad noisy sounds practicing!!

I play bass mostly but some guitar.....if I may make a suggestion, first & formost, don't hold it like "a student"....if it's an acoustic, just let it rest in your lap...don't sit straight and proper, just embrace it. The other thing is learn a couple basic chords...E or a G and just strum...too many books, too many lessons, fingering, youtube videos...it sucks the fun out of it. ITS THE DISCOVERY!....trust me...PM me with any questions - I'm serious...just have fun.
