My fingers skin were almost destroyed ,until it got thickened and numb.
It's then I decided I wanted to play piano than guitar

@SW-User when the fingertips become thickened, that means the cells there have died.But that also means that when you press the chords, there will be no more pain. It is something that guitar players have to get used to. The fingertips on their left hand have no more feeling. It's a pity you did not carry on. 😁
