Can blowing to hard cause tinnitus

No, not unless you managed to perforate an eardrum in which case it would only likely be temporary. Tinnitus is mostly caused by damage to your hearing from noise, physical injury or disease. It can also be caused temporarily by the same and by blocked eustachian tubes.

I've had tinnitus for 19 years.
I dont suspect so. But last time i blew something it was my recorder in music class in grade 6 or 7n lol . But i have constant ro.ging in my ears from yrs of construction work. Now im retired but the ringing still there
