Yes. There are great YouTube vids with sleep music. Also old time radio programs that lulled us to sleep 75 years ago.

I used to put on a movie I was familiar with then as my eyes closed I could still watch it in my head until I was asleep. That was when I had to get up in the morning and go to a job I hated. Now I'm retired. I sleep when I want to!

No, the TV goes off automatically if the words Donald Trump are uttered through the systems speaker system. I had to pay extra for that service.
