@JJones Yes, it IS "semantics", and not understanding what terms mean is a FAIL, semantics-wise.
When uninformed people borrow a term of art from an area with which they aren't familiar and glibly misapply it elsewhere, that's not understanding the meaning.
It's not a re-boot when the "bible" has been re-written.
