@SW-User Not only did Harry use his wand to blow up his Aunt but he also used it to ward off the Death Eaters when his cousin was attacked in the underpass. The Ministry of Magic knew right away. If Voldemort had taken control of the ministry, why wouldn’t he know each time Harry, Ron or Hermione used their wand?
