Have u had this happen before?

I was just fooling around on YouTube. I seen a few videos of the news doing a report of homeless people moving into a house. They get in and change out the locks and the ower is unable to get them out of the house. The police are unable to do anything unless u take it to court to file a evicte notice to get them out.
