If that were the same situation but here...I'd say no. Stay where you and accept the consequences of your actions. You left the country the country didn't leave you.

@RodneyTrotter I'm hoping she doesn't come back, that sets a terrible precedent. Feel bad for her kid but that's on her shoulders. Not everyone else.
