Got curious, tried to find the best figures I could online...

Number of Muslims killed by Israel since 1948: 100,000 to 150,000

Number of Muslims killed by other Muslims in civil wars, religious wars, and sectarian conflicts: 11,000,000 or more

There is sadly enough killing on all sides. :'(

It's a bit more complicated than that. Arabs are minority in the Islam world. Palestinians are Arab, but are not uniquely Muslim, some are Christian. Most Arabs in North America are Christians.

Druze, who are ethnically Arab, are not Muslim and are required to serve in the IDF.

About 100K Christians were also killed in inter-Arab fighting.
