Over all the barren heights in the desert
destroyers (Persians) will swarm,
for the sword of the Lord will devour
from one end of the land (Israel) to the other;
no one will be safe.

Maybe, scripture being fulfilled. From the look of it, this looks like a fight to the finish between Iran and Israel.

@jshm2 So you gave the genealogy of Joseph. Now do the Genealogy of Mary. You can find it in Luke. Jehoiakim is not in that genealogy. Joseph adopted Jesus as his son but Joseph was not the biological father of Jesus.

@Fukfacewillie This is about how history repeats itself. 2500 years ago a war took place. it is happening again. This has nothing to do with religion or religious leaders.
