When it comes to actual equipment the Saudi defense force has the most modern and effective planes ships and armor.. But their defense force members are unprofessional, even casual.. they failed big time in Yemen against the Houthis.

In any case both India and Pakistan have nuclear weapons..

India however has better overall nuclear forces and better weaponry now then Pakistan it also has a bigger army..

I'd guess India, then Pakistan, then the Saudis last.
