The US backed terrorist Al Jo Lani took Syria and caused President Assad to flee.
Since then, Israel has captured the section near the Golan Heights, I forget its name, the Western province of what was Syria.
This was the most recent part of a fifteen year long assault by the West on Syria, they finally toppled Assad. This was one of the "seven nations in five years".
All stable nations in the region not acting as clients for the USA have been overthrown and destabilized. A Greater Israel is taking shape and will fill that region.
The US plan to use sectarian differences to divide and destabilize the nations they don't like is in view here. The Druze have actually asked Israel to back off.
Willingness to believe the US excuses for destabilizing using religion sound like this - ,"thousands of years old religiously based antagonisms in the region"...

@hippyjoe1955 Where are your sources? In Suwayda and Damascus Druze are fighting with Bedouin and the Syrian government. They claim Syrian government is slaughtering them. What do you think? Things were better for Druze under Assad, yet Israel wanted Assad to go. Druze are seeking more than they have and have become rebellious. They say al-Sharaa has not only left them behind, but massacred them.
