are you russophobic?

it seems like russia is often painted as the ‘evil’ nation, especially in the context of recent conflicts, but when looking at the broader picture of recent years, hasn’t the u.s. caused more harm to innocent civilians (e.g., in the middle east, drone strikes, etc.)? why does russia seem to be more villainized in comparison, even if their actions aren’t necessarily more damaging in recent history?

There is certainly an over-emphasis on Russia by Eurpeans and Americans.

Which makes discussing russian influence in Africa , breaking the international law, a bit ironic with people from the US or Europe.. i.e they are all after the same thing, they all employ the same tactics. Running your mouth in resemblance of care doesn't really change the reality.

Same applies to how they see China.

The emphasis is so pronounced that when Arabs were calling for the Democrats to act in Gaza, the conversation always turned to Russia in Ukraine!!!!!! I have seen the comparisons repeatedly including in this website, too much whataboutism and selective outrage.

Russia is evil
China is evil
Africa should instead trust Europe and the US.
