@Gangstress I know of two other arab places, never been in one, the other is near Calaban Books on Craigs Street but they are always closed when I visit, only ate a few times over the years.
But at least I can recognize the food as food, stuff I would eat. This place I visited, seriously, that's camel dick on rice.

Seriously, when you order a kebob, it should come as little chunks of meat on a skewer, maybe with vegetables inside. I think I got apoiled by Turkish food. I've never ordered a kebob from a Turk and got a continious phallic hunk of meat in return.
