Why does IDF feel the need to release a new video every time they "discover" a new tunnel?
The world has known about Hamas' tunnels for a decade. Hamas admitted to them years ago. They have been written about by western and Israeli journalists and complained about by Israel. In other words, before this war, the world already knew Hamas fortified Gaza with tunnels. This is old news.
Every time they release a new video showing a tunnel, it is almost like "See! See! They fight in tunnels! That's why we must destroy everything!" But everyone already knew Hamas does this and fights dirty. That makes it seem like we are being fed excuses and propaganda every time they claim to find a "new" tunnel.
And the number of times they have to proclaim they are the "most moral army in the world" is getting nauseating.
The truth is, they are killing civilians at a pretty rapid rate. Yes, this is urban warfare and that happens. Can they at least acknowledge that killing civilians is tragic and unfortunate rather than feeding a line of propaganda and excuses? Propaganda and excuses are what we expect from Hamas - not Israel.
