Will Biden threaten to quit getting oil from Saudi Arabia?

I know they want to reduce the price of gas at the pump but the issue of climate change seems to make this an opportunity to pressure oil produces to pump more while they can. The time of electric cars is coming fast. Not for everyone, but for enough to make a serious dent in their economy.
