@pianoplayingsteve No one actually knows bc the Taliban doesn't exactly have strict accounting standards. I'd say $10 billion tops, most of which is destroyed anyway. Realistically, the only thing they'll get any real use out of is US-made rifles & armor, which sucks, but I've yet to see someone provide a viable plan for removing them that wouldn't cause more problems than it solves.

@pianoplayingsteve I've yet to see any reporting of money being left behind in Afghanistan, but I've not seen reporting to the contrary either.

@pianoplayingsteve I can't seem to find what you're referring to. I am seeing though, that a few hundred million bucks were stored in the central bank.
