Hi! I also struggle from Adhd, and have had similar issues sleeping, try to think of your happiest memories, whether it's a smell, sound, or a full blown memory and focus of it, get lost in it, maybe talk to someone in your mind that you really need right then. Next find a comfortable position, and DO NOT MOVE no matter if you feel an itch or tickle, it is your body trying to see if the mind is still awake. You should be able to sleep, and if not, try comforting or nostalgic smells. If you really can't sleep, I am usually awake and you can message me whenever, I'll try to get back to you asap. Oh and congrats on the little one!
