1. Thankful to you for stepping forward: with your story, you can inspire others to have courage to climb back the stairs one by one, no matter how difficult.
2. Thankful to those gentlemen, reviving hope in humanity.
3. I can relate to the difficulties you have experienced, as I understand how tough it is to feel stabbed in the back by the very people you've opened your heart to.
4. But life is sacred and must be lived fully. All the tough times you went through have awakened the strength in your gut to get up and fight through. Calmly, resiliently, with perseverance.
Now that you have found your inner light, remember it is always there, even in the darkest days. By remembering that every day comes with new chances, keeping your eyes open for these growth opportunities will help you to push forward. I remember a student in university who needed professional help to focus (could not focus beyond 10 minutes, no matter what), and with tricks and strategies from the learning assistance department, he managed to succeed in academia and and work / so never give up, keep looking for anything that helps. Also, spend time knowing yourself better. You also have qualities that you did not seem to mention. Love your strength and work on the things that need your attention but never reject yourself. You have a tough road but not an impossible one ;) Be loving and honest with yourself and take it one decision at a time. You can do it!
