I have hyperspermia

I have and deal with hyperspermia. Its an annoyance in daily life. Its more than just ejaculating large amounts semen. I deal with high levels of arousal through out the day. Then theres the spontaneous erections with that and with that theres the precum that just pours out. I have to put absorbant pads in my underwear to keep my pants dry. It causes alot of disruption in my daily life but i deal and cope with it.
