@mountainman1234 The most helpful tantra practice is semen retention. It does take time to master that--the urge is strong to ejaculate every time! I started with edging, also adding breathing and PC exercises--it took me several months to get the hang of it--now I love it, and do not ejaculate more than once every 3 weeks, although I have sexual activity of some sort every day, including long masturbation sessions. Now I am so energized and harder than before...

Thank you for the info ,,, I do edge a lot and sometimes longer than a hour ,, but I would like to be able to have more energy and to be harder longer ,,

@mountainman1234 tantra will do exactly that--do you do deep breathing?? PC muscle exercises?

@mountainman1234 I do yoga and meditate. Deep breathing--I practice by either lying on my back or in sitting yoga (lotus?) position, legs crossed. Breath in deep--fill your entire stomach then chest slowly, then hold. I breath in through nose and out slowly through mouth, often making n "ahhhh" sound. Do it over and over. (I like to close my eyes and use it to meditate). This can be useful when aroused--use it to spread sexual energy then. PC muscles are the ones you would use to stop stream of pee. when peeing. Squeeze them and release. At first it is difficult, but after a while you can do a lot--I do 200 quick squeezes and another 20 long hold squeezes. That PC muscle is helpful in stopping you from ejaculating and gives you better erections and control over your ejaculation. Both breathing and PC muscle strength help better erections and better control over ejaculations, so you can hold off. Take you time doing the PC exercises--do not do too many at first. Build up. They are easy and can be done anywhere--even driving your car or sitting at a desk or....many places.

woke up this morning and tried this it did make a difference ,,,and I tried the PC ex ,, during me morning pee ,, and have been doing them very now and then ,,, the Breathing id very similar to the Tai Chi exercises ,,

I did a 2o minute edging before getting out of bed, breathing pc ing ,,, and having the stop stroking as I started to drip,,, then strt again ,,

@mountainman1234 relaxing the pelvic area also helps delay that feeling of inevitability, and helps last longer
