Cialis and unintended erections

So my uro wanted to put me on Flowmax for my enlarged prostate. I declined it because it gives me a nasty case of retrograde ejaculation... which feels totally weird and kinda freaks me out even if I expect it.

As an option she suggested 5mg daily Cialis. I told her I don't have an ED issue but she assured me the low dosage is common for those with enlarged prostates.

Unfortunately the Cialis seems to be doing it's job for the prostate AND, the ED that I don't have. For example, after a week or so of being on it, I went for my monthly Brazilian wax and I got hard. I'm like WTF, getting waxed isn't a sexual thing, but blamo there it was. This repeated itself when I went back a month later. Even the esthetician noticed it was a different than my usual stay flaccid condition and even commented on it. I explained to her that it was my prostate meds and she said no worries... Still embarrasses me knowing that I get hard every time I get waxed now. I also got hard when a breeze blew across my body while my wife and I were vacationing on a nude beach.

I read that it also comes in 2.5mg doses so I think I'll ask her if that will help to eliminate the occasional embarrassing boner.

Has anyone else experienced erections coming too easy when the original intent was to shrink the prostate?

LOL at the breeze that gave you a stiffy on the beach.

I too am taking Cialis for BPH. My urologist also wanted me to go on Flowmax but those retrograde ejaculations are just too weird.

About a month into taking it, I was modeling for a group of artists outdoors. it was a pretty warm day but an errant cool breeze moved past me and I got a semi. I mean, even when I work with a female model in a co-modeled session I can manage to avoid getting aroused. (it's that whole nudity does not equal sex thing)

It was pretty damn embarrassing for a professional art model. Thankfully none of the artists said anything about it, some even drew it, and I was asked back the following month.
