I've seen someone set fire to their pubic hairs

My boyfriend got the candle lighter and looked me dead in the eyes then lit the upper right corner section of his pubes on fire, let it burn for a second then realised what he was doing then put out the flame. He's 44. I just cannot believe this 😩
