Hot spot on side of my leg

Hello everyone I’m feeling a hot spot on the side of my leg 🦵 it’s not hot to the Touch, but just feels warm sometimes like I have a hand warmer on the side of my leg ? What could this be ?

I had that. I think mine was sciatic nerve.
