Any one else have trouble with cholesterol?

Been starving myself and eating a lot of rice to get my numbers down. I cheated a little i like sweets. But i have a really physical job so i walk a lot. Figured it would equal out.
Holidays are coming, so jan 1 gotta diet a lot. Get checked again in may.

High cholesterol is a pharmaceutical company manufactured crisis.. peer reviewed studies have shown no causality between high cholesterol and heart disease.. it's a gimmick to sell statins wich themselves increases health risks.
