Just to be on the same page..the problem is not men failing to share their feelings or seek help.

The problem is how the rest of the world reactes when they do seek help. Too little resources and too much indifference.

Same for some cases of women.

It is imporatant to be brave but ineffective in a society that would isolate you for it, and or target you.

@Miram Exactly. I totally agree. Mental health stigma is the problem not the people with mental health problems.
