happens ot me sometimes wheni turn my head too quick, best to rest your neck for a while, take it easy i hope oyu feel better soon

@Thexboxoneguy1991 id guess your neck was streesed at that moment, so the muscles were tight and moving too quick, ripped them a bit

@Thexboxoneguy1991 no, sometimes when somebody works on a computer for hours on end they dont move much, this can strain their neck,and so any fast turn would make it hurt, if iwas oyu id go for a walk, even have a bath to loosen oyur neck muscles, maybe chang eposiiton of oyur chair
