A car spun out of control at a high speed in the north part of the city at 6 a.m. this morning and hit a power pole. A large amount of residents were without electricity. When I woke up at 6:30 this morning it was already 84 degrees and climbing....

@Lilnonames I can’t even imagine how hot it would be here if there was no air conditioning. The a/c was coming on throughout last night. I think the accident happened way before 6 a.m.

I would not be able to remain in my apartment if I had no air conditioning. The temperature in here quickly spikes to 10 degrees HOTTER than the outside temperature without it.

Fans only help because they cool you by drying the constant sweat.

@4meAndyou I get overheated so easy. The only thing I could do to cool off without using electricity is take a shower and sit in front of a fan or go somewhere else like a casino or library where I could hang out for hours.
