What a joke. He's not even a decent player. He's made a career out of playing a victim.

@AbbeyRhode it's satire

@AbbeyRhode His deal was: Look for one key receiver; if he's not open, run for it. NFL teams figured this out and set up their defenses to shut Kaepernick down and reduce him to a failure.

@graphite You're right. I'm a 49ers fan going back to the John Brodie days. Krapperdick couldn't read defenses well, and was lazy studying film. He rarely made secondary and tertiary reads. If the first guy wasn't open, he'd run or dump it to the safety valve. Then the Seattle Fleacocks incorporated "the spy" which took away the running lane. The rest of the league copied it. End of career.

@BizSuitStacy When your QB racks up 1,000 yards rushing like Kaepernick once did in college, something is seriously amiss.

@graphite fast guys you can get away with it in college...but NFL defenses are much faster. I wondered about Lamar Jackson because he wasn't a great passer at Louisville, but he significantly improved that aspect of game after Baltimore drafted him.
