I wonder what it is ? I remember the admins saying if they saw anyone misusing it, they would restrict their use, but I never knew what they considered overuse.

Nope, I still haven't used it once. And I got no intents on ever start using it.

I have never downvoted any posts and do not know there is a limit. It seems I saw a post that said there would only be limitations to new accounts and persons misusing the feature. You might want to see if there is something on your account.

But you can apply other reactions as much as you like in one day ... seems very bizarre ... they just try to mix too many different concepts into one rather than keep them separate and operating as you would expect (e.g., trying to merge reactions with voting)

It's like taking random odds and ends ideas from every other social media site and just tossing it all into a blender to see what comes out, and all of it is always halfway finished yet now they want to give away some of the ad revenue to users, rather than use it to remove the rough edges from the site
