So I'm at work having a decent time...

Completely average day bagging groceries, goofing off, etc

This borderline totally blind guy with one of those sticks comes into the store and needs help walking around to get stuff so I have him hold my arm and escort him to get lettuce and bananas

Upon holding the lettuce up to his face to see it and hearing the price of the lettuce, he doesn't want to buy it and starts saying "I didn't vote for Joe Biden" multiple times. A coworker nearby heard too and was trying not to laugh. Here I am with this dude on my arm, having to hear this political bs. I said nothing about it and was stoic lol

I had the realization that this is the same blind dude who my friend(Israel) told me about in the past that is huge trump supporter and who was talking sh!t and saying racist stuff about black people, and his own wife talked to Israel and acknowledged that her husband has unsavory opinions. She had unsavory opinions herself, telling Israel that he is "well spoken for a black person."

Little did this blind customer know that here he is getting walked around the store and later across the street by me, who is mixed(white and black)

It felt like I was living a political meme lol
