Yay I'm here to celebrate! :)

Something I didn't tell you, because I wanted to keep it sealed in my dreams, is that I begun teaching qigong! Yes I did! I am extraordinarily happy about it :) but much grounded, of course 😏

If you don't know what qigong is, I will take sometime to explain later, now I'm just so content.. 🌅 And absolutely grateful 🙏🏻

That is great and if it makes you happy this is all that matters. I looked it up and your training is being put to great use.

@JackDaniels thanks <3 yes it feels like it. It is only the beginning, and I am still shy about it - though confident enough to guide others and charge for it. I spent the last month studying daily details about the form I am teaching, even though I already knew the practice, there is so much improvement one can do!
I know how it can benefit a person as I have seen it changing my own body-spirit-mind so I am happy for my (few for now:)) students too..
