Has anyone tried NMN and Resveratrol? If yes, what were your observations?

NMN? New Mexico Nookie? I had some once. It was pretty good.

I have used NMN. It doesn’t make a noticeable difference.

i was going to try reservatrol supplements but i read somehitng bad about them like a side effect ior warning. i cant remember what it was though. better to get it from food or red wine i suppose. but yeah, never actually tried it.
