Have you ever been on Abilify and did it cause weight gain?

@twiigss I've been watching what I eat & I renewed my gym membership but I just keep gaining weight. It's making me depressed.

@Tumbleweed Maybe you're gaining muscle from working out?

@Tumbleweed there's been times where I've skipped a lunch or a dinner and I'll eat smaller meals and won't go back for seconds. Instead of 5 spoons of spaghetti on my plate, I'll do 3 spoons. But for me, counting calories has seemed to work well.

@MsSwan I started noticing weight rapid weight gain shortly after I went on it 😫

@itsok I feel like I gain a couple pounds every few days & I thought the scales were wack but now I'm not so sure. 😔
