I have seen posts elsewhere about Turmeric easing the paralyzing, rigidity symptoms of Parkinson's. Has it helped make made your arm, leg, knee, etc. more fluid? If so how long have you been taking it? Some assessment of the improvement? What dose? etc?
Anyone else here taking Turmeric to share their experience?

@Heartlander been taking it for less than 2 weeks. What surprised me was taking it one time and that night I could sleep on my left side without my shoulder being uncomfortable. Just one pill. I am taking two a day now and two Bromelain. I had trouble taking standard turmeric capsules because they caused me to have acid coming up in my throat. But Meriva is processed different and more bioavailable. I believe that it is fermented. Pineapple is naturally high in bromelain. But it has a lot of sugar in it and don’t want to have it every day. I found out that bananas also have bromelain in them. I knew something was up with bananas because when I had sciatica for 3 months I was in a lot of pain every day but it eased up when I had a banana. If I didn’t feel like going to the grocery store for a couple of days after running out of bananas the pain would be worse.
