I did take it for quite awhile but couldn't really discern a difference.
@AntisocialTroll I think it helps boost your morale, I realised it did while I was taking it for muscular pain.

I take the supplement. It helps with my joint pain, but as the arthritis has gotten worse, I see it can only help so much. I’m finding the addition of the fish oil that does wonders for my husband is doing wonders for me as well now. Turmeric never did do anything for him. Never know until ya try. 🤷♀
