Don’t take Moringa before bed

I bought some Moringa last night and was told that it gives you energy and to take it in the morning.
But after googling it, it says it helps you sleep. So I decided to try it before bed.
I had my alarm set for 6:45am to get up and go to the gym before work.
I slept like a log and woke up at 9am!! Apparently I turned my alarm off and went right back to sleep! And the Moringa really lowered my blood sugar too!
