I could watch these people talk about anything.
Imagine how difficult it must be to find people knowledgeable in interesting fields and also are captivating speakers as well. It's amazing to me. I love good public speakers.
As far as the information he is sharing it is very good.
People need to learn to focus on what they want or need to. Its the only way things get done and done right.
Attention to details.
But some people do really need the medication even tho most probably could benefit from this type of thing.

@Smokeasylumrage I don't recall having any side effects with that medication.
I think I have taken every ADHD drug they offer.
But that focalin gave me the most horrific heartburn I have ever had.
I would drink milk when I would take it and that made it a little better.

@Dainbramadge noted: to never ever take that one😳 but yeah the atomoxine is definitely causing some heartburn. It’s not unbearable but still I’d love for it to go away obviously lol

try two tablespoons apple cider vinegar with 1 tsp - 1tbs honey and about half water mixed up up to twice a day if necessary. should work immediately
