Steroids For Fitness
Since I've known my Matt he's used Steroids.
He's a bodybuilder, hobby wise, and loves the whole training and eating regime.
Over the years he's bulked up - pretty much double my weight - and uses them these days to maintain and to cut. What he generally does is take for 8 weeks and then have 8 weeks off.
He's also pretty sensible in terms of dosage - using recommended amounts not what, as they say, the weekend warriors tend to use.
He big on thinking of his long-term health, not just short-term gain.

His regime at the gym is part powerlifting, part bodybuilding, pretty much training 5 days a week.
