Has the covid vaccine/booster shot had any long-lasting effects on you?

Hey, I recently got the booster shot while having got the J&J shot back in like May. I was wondering if anyone here has had any long-lasting effects since getting it?

As for me, during the last 4 days or more, I've been having this low ringing in my head/right ear.. i can't hear the best out of this ear because of that. Plus my head will feel clouded or fuzzy while this happens at times. Yesterday it seemed like it was going away, but today my hearing/the ringing is even worse than the previous days. Truly hoping this goes away soon, although I've heard that some people get cases of tinitus after the vaccine (but not the booster from what I've read up on so far)
