Should I discontinued the medication or not?

Well, I just casually reading about the medicines I got hospital 3 weeks ago for my pancreatitis and one of them probably has serious side effects like having diabetes or serious liver disease. Of course, I am has no serious symptoms but lately I feel really disoriented and moody after taking those medications. I know I should consult the doctors, but I am just making sure I am not paranoia about this side effects or maybe I am just overreacting. Idk.

Keep a diary.
It’s always a good idea to keep a diary when asked to follow a course of tablets; antibiotics; injections; patches….whatever.

Keep a diary and note when you get up and how you feel.
When you eat and how much.
How you feel before medicine and afterwards.

That way you have something solid to show your Doctor should you feel the need for a second consult.
