@SW-User Same here, actually. A significant portion of my friends will get jokes like the one above. Those men I can talk with about math are always interesting, of course.

@helenS I use it as one of my sense of humour and curiousity tests; I like people (men and women) who are curious about anything/everything/something and have a sense of hunour. If they have no curiousity, I would soon tire of them.

@helenS That is true; it is a universal language that underpins so many fields. To be honest, I have never understood how some people I know can go through life without a shred of curiousity.

@SW-User There are always some who take everything for granted – not a very attractive mind set, in my opinion.

@helenS I agree. I always try to find something in everyone that I meet that they find interesting and can talk about, but with a few I give up!
