Please help me on this Graphing Logarithmic Functions problem if you can.

This is the last one I need help with for my notes for today.

The problem is: Graph the following log function and describe the key characteristics (Domain, range, asymptote, shifts, intercepts): f(x) = log(x + 2) - 1.

Please show and explain all work so that I understand as well as possible. Thank you for your help and time.

you can't graph the function without an interval for the x coordinate ,
