@Bexsy I’ve only had them in my hamstring. I got a few stretches my doctor gave me a long time ago. I kind of forgot about them
@ShepherdBard i have very tight calves. At all times
They can't release. Doctor has me hands on wall. Feet further back and stretch up to my tip toes for 30 sec. Repeat a few sets

@Bexsy I think mine was similar but I raised my foot onto a stool instead of hands on a wall
