It’s expected to reach 26 Celsius but considering last week it was 30 shows that the Autumnal decline to cooler temperatures is on track. We are on the way to the stables for our riding. We both have been having classes in show jumping and there’s a gymkhana next month we are going to enter, at basic levels for the experience.
I think my daughter is a natural snob because she told her friends at school what she was doing and they looked at her with a little disbelief. I don’t think she realised she was considered as bragging but that was the only way I could have read their response. They already had an idea of our indulgence with her ballet 🩰 and piano lessons but I will not put limits on what she wants to do or try, I am hoping she finds an interest and pursues it passionately.
My parents did a similar thing with my brother and I. He had flying lessons and now he’s a Colonello in the air force! You have to provide interests for your child to push them to find what they are best at. Chiara has a pointe class later this afternoon which we will drop her off at after riding.
