Anti-social Equestrians.

A local footpath is almost impassable due to all the horse muck on it. It's actually a criminal offence (S.72 1834 Highways Act) to ride or lead a horse on a public footpath but these horse riders think they're above the law. They scream at passing cars to "slow down", even when they're going very slow, yet show no consideration for pedestrians and other road users.

I think that In rural parts of England there are plenty of bridleways for horse riders without using footpaths, and if one keeps horses in an area where there are no bridleways then they should either move home or not keep horses then neither horse nor rider would be injured due to traffic and walkers can walk footpaths.
