You ever cramp so badly in your sleep that it wakes you & you literally jump to your feet?

I don't think I've ever felt a cramp that bad in my life until this morning. It felt like a baseball in the back of my calf & I woke up yelling "FUK FUK FUK WHAT THE FUK IS THIS? JESUS CHRIST OWWW WHY? FUK!"

Then I leapt out of bed right to my feet because it felt like laying down was making it worse. Finally it started to fade but yeah that incident woke me right tf up 😂 I wasn't even tired anymore lol

Like I've felt plenty of painful cramps before but holy hell that one was by far the worst 😬
It doesn't hurt still but I can still feel a lingering sensation in the spot it was at.

I used to get cramps all the time as a kid then I learned it was because of my lack of water 😂 now I love water lol
