Because they think it makes them look prettier. Society seems to dictate that wearing it will make them more desirable.

@ColleenOhara: I don't wear it to be more desirable. I wear it because I like how I look more with it than without it.

@KaliKali: just sayin, thats how commercials depict women. Its okay to wear it if you like it.
